Phoenix Construction specialise in the construction, refurbishment, renovation and fitting out of independent schools, hospitals and associated healthcare facilities, high end residential property and commercial offices and warehouses.
We also have extensive experience in the conservation and restoration of Grade 1 and 2 Listed Building and buildings of historic interest.

OUR SPECIALISMS
Independent Schools
We specialise in undertaking construction projects within some of our country's finest independent schools. Works include both new capital expenditure projects and planned maintenance works. Much of this work is on Grade 1 and 2 Listed Buildings.
Our design and build offer provides a turnkey solution to the entire fit-out process. From the development of the brief and the design through to completion, there is a single point of accountability and responsibility at management level.
Restoration & Conservation
We undertake conservation and restoration on buildings of note, many on the National Heritage List for England. Our delivery teams work tirelessly to ensure the long term survival of our heritage for the enjoyment of our own and future generations. We are particularly proud of our successful projects for The Royal Palaces, Buckingham Palaces, St James's and Kensington Palaces.
Residential
We deliver beautiful high end residential properties.
Whether delivered traditionally or as a Turnkey Design & Build we are able to offer a single, multi-disciplined point of contact for all our client needs including design, obtaining planning and other statutory approvals through to delivery and furnishing. Every detail is considered, no detail is too small.
Warehouse & Commercial
Whether traditionally or by Design & Build we are able to deliver warehouses and commercial units in a fast and cost-effective way. Our Turnkey Design & Build service can typically save our clients 30% in overall delivery time.
Cladding
We undertake complex cladding, curtain walling and glass assemblies on commercial building envelopes and within occupied and fully operational retail establishments, particularly shopping malls. We have extensive experience in working safely at height over occupied areas and within the close proximity of the public.
